Policy

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays with in the United States. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not processed until the following business day. Most orders ship within 1 business day.

Shipping Fees

A flat fee of $5.00 will be assessed for each order. Periodically we may offer free shipping for select items. Standard (Ground) shipping via UPS is available in the continental United States only. Actual shipping time varies by location and varies between 1-7 business days. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes and Saturday delivery is not available. BeadsByTracey.com will determine the shipping method. Tracking infomation for each order will be provided.
